Genuine Enlightenment is formed from Authentic Truth.
And Authentic Truth is always and only the Correct Interpretation of Reality.
But, who is to say which interpretation of life's circumstances is correct? Only God. Only He, as the Governing Creator of all things, has the Authority to say "This is truth - the correct interpretation of reality." Thus, it is only God's interpretation of life which defines Authentic Truth. So, when the New Testament figuratively uses the word, "Light," it is referring to:
An awareness of God's Authentic Truth,
His Correct and Decisive Interpretation of life's circumstances.
And Authentic Truth is always and only the Correct Interpretation of Reality.
