Hello, I'm Tom Fullary, the Media Room director. Welcome to the T*5 Meeting Area. There is bottled water in the 'fridge' and coffee in the carafes on the counter. And, the vending machines are behind you. It's great to have you with us today.
This T*5 Area is one of two where T*Boat builders gather for info, workshops and to celebrate completions etc. The other is the T*Six Area.
The Screening Rooms of both areas are For Builders Only. But, we're always happy to have non-builders here in the Meeting Areas. So, please, do feel free to look around, check out the T*Boat memorabilia, peruse the bulletin board, etc.
And, if you really want to get to know the T*'s better, drop by the T*Six Meeting Area too. [Go There Now] And, for sure, check out the Back 40 Mercantile in the Museum Annex where the T*s are sold. There is a wealth of info on these fun little boats. Sales are located in the Main Mall on the Lower Level. [Go There Now]

T*5i Preliminary Info
We offer this video below to help Prospective Builder's (and those who are just interested in such things) to get to know this latest T*5 Version a bit better. And there are more such Project Assessment Materials coming - including a similar Skin, Superstructure, and Outrigger Video
to complete this Overview Set.
You'll notice, as you watch the video, the Infrastructure's "Snap-loc" construction using Notches and Grooves for a quick and accurate assembly. And, just so we are clear, all parts are Resin Bonded. The Air Nails are just a quick and easy way to hold them in place until the bonds are cured.
Also, notice that there is some "meat" to the T*5i structure. We added these "Strong Points" and "Hard Points" to increase Versatility, so that the T5i will easily accommodate Builder Preferences and Customization's like trolling motor mounts, or sail masts, or jet engines etc. (OK, maybe not jets, but it does kinda' look the part, don't you think?).
And, don't fret about a couple of pounds of added weight.
The T*5i is still handles easily using its Quick On/Off Landing Gear
(3 Different Option for the Gear Type).
We will soon release the T*5i as a, "Combo Build" Boat. That means that the builder's Initial Order will be for the INFRASTRUCTURE KIT. This kit includes the D&I Package (Drawings & Instructions Package) containing Approx. 15 CAD Drawings and 65 pages of very thorough Instructions. The D&I Package also contains a Materials Guide (all locally obtainable) and Part Cut Out Guide. And, all of the ready to assemble parts you see in the video below.
After this Initial Order, the Builder can elect to build the rest of the T*5i: the Skins, Superstructure, and Outriggers (the simpler parts to produce) from Scratch using the D&I Package to guide the work. Or, he or she can opt to order any or all of those Remaining Kits from us.
And finally, maybe we should point out that this is not an actual construction video - lest someone misunderstand. These QuickView Videos show a quick overview of the construction of the T5i T*Boat leaving out smaller steps and captions. These QuickView Videos are made from small pieces of the Actual "Construction Step" Videos which are used to build the boat.
Please understand that the actual Construction Step Videos are much more detailed, carefully breaking down and explaining each construction step - and at a much slower pace. And, those videos are correlated to a thorough 70 page set of Instructions in an attempt to be sure no question goes unanswered - in advance. These QuickView videos are just to provide a general feel for the project.
